Features
Gel filling machine is mainly composed of bottle feeding machine, filling capping machine, aluminum foil sealing machine and vertical self-adhesive labeling machine.
The gel filling machine can be divided into two parts in terms of shape and structure: the pipe management machine and the filling machine. The outer jacket is sorted into the pipe management rotary table, and the pipes to be filled are sent into the filling machine by the conveyor belt, and the pipes are sent into the main rotary table by the working mechanism. Photoelectric detection sensor is used to measure whether there is a gel tube to be filled, which is used to decide whether to fill (filling with tube, no filling without tube). The filling gun is automatically moved into the tube, and gel is automatically injected into the tube, and then the aluminum foil sealing machine is used for leak proof sealing. The cap is sorted by the automatic cover falling mechanism and enters the automatic cover falling station in order. There is a discharge station to complete the output of the final filled product.
